I'm Lawrence.
I build and fix the systems that sit between a company's tools and its decisions: the tracking, the pipelines, the connections between platforms that everyone depends on and no one owns. I'm an independent consultant based in Sydney. I've spent my career at the intersection of data engineering, marketing technology, and growth, long enough to notice that most consultants in this space either think or build, but rarely both.
Why this exists
Strategy and build usually live in different heads.
Agencies give you strategy decks and hand the build to juniors. Freelancers execute tickets without questioning the map. I do both jobs deliberately, because the person who designs a system builds it better, and the person who builds systems designs better ones.
Principles

- 2.I deliver working systems, not recommendations for someone else to build.
- 3.I use the tools that fit your problem, not the ones I'm certified in.
- 4.I'll tell you what I think, including when the answer is "you don't need me for this."
